Rob Kamranpoor P.Eng, MBA, LL.M ✭

Rob Kamranpoor is an entrepreneur, utility executive, and leadership strategist with two decades of experience. As the Co-Founder and COO of EME Utility Engineering, he has scaled a multi-million dollar business. People who have worked with him describe him as an honest, hard-working, and passionate mentor. He holds a P. Eng, an MBA, and a Master of Laws in Energy & Infrastructure.

Outside of his executive role, he is deeply passionate about developing the next generation of leaders. He founded both the RK Leadership coaching firm and the Young Professionals Leadership Summit to empower aspiring professionals. He believes in "presence leadership" and advocates for mental fitness and self-awareness as foundational to leading others effectively.
